We aim to provide a high-quality experience. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Digital Service Policy

Since the career orientation test is a digital product, refunds are generally not provided once access to the test or results has been granted. By starting the test, you agree that the service is being delivered and the right of withdrawal is waived.

Exceptions & Valid Claims

Refunds may be issued by our billing agent, SapiensFin, in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: Persistent errors preventing access to the test due to our server-side fault.
  • Duplicate Payments: Accidental double charges for the same service
  • Individual Review: Other justified cases reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Residents)

If you have not yet accessed the test or results, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, once you click “Start Test” or access the results, you provide prior express consent to begin the performance of the contract and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.
