Digital Service Policy
Since the career orientation test is a digital product, refunds are generally not provided once access to the test or results has been granted.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- technical issues preventing access to the test due to our fault;
- duplicate payments;
- other justified cases reviewed individually.
Transaction Cancellation
You may request cancellation before accessing the test. Once the test has been started or completed, cancellation is no longer possible.
